All 7th Graders in California are required to take a physical fitness test. We are starting the practice for this test now on our Wednesday on campus days. Please use the following materials to prepare. The areas you will be tested in are as follows: 1. Curl Ups 2. Push Ups 3. Flexibility (Shoulder Stretch or Sit and Reach) 4. Trunk Lift 5. Mile Run Please use these areas as part of your weekly PE log and training program. Our goal is to complete these testing areas by Spring Break.
